Content workflows

Turn capture, knowledge, topic planning, Task Briefs, drafts, and media results into one reusable creation pipeline.

Beav is not only about finishing one generation — it is about making every capture, every draft, and every review something the next task can reuse.

  1. Create a workspace: divide by account, client, niche, or long-term project.
  2. Capture sources: save web pages, comments, images, videos, and local files, and keep the sources.
  3. Build knowledge and subjects: put text in the knowledge base, media in the media library, and people, products, brands, and scenes in the subject library.
  4. Create topics and a Task Brief: define the audience, the pain point, the point of view, the sources to cite, the platform, and the limits.
  5. Generate drafts: produce the post, video script, voiceover script, titles, and content structure.
  6. Finish media tasks: generate or process covers, illustrations, video clips, audio, and subtitles.
  7. Review and reuse: save the final draft, publishing feedback, and results, and feed them into the next round of topic planning.

Do not keep only chat results

Important work should end up in a brief, draft, media asset, or project package you can keep editing. Text that lives only in a chat has no source, no version, and no next state, so the next Agent run cannot reuse it reliably.
